Head uut aastat, armsad lugejad!
On möödunud täpselt 216 päeva eelmisest postitusest ja mul ei ole enam mitte ühtegi vabandust. Nägin eile oma endise klassiõe Facebooki seinal postitust, kus kutsus kõiki üles tegema fotoväljakutset. Viimati sain sama klassiõe algatusel teha seda 2016. aastal ja nüüd mõtlesin, et miks mitte? Praegusel veidral ajal on positiivsed mõtted vägagi teretulnud seega here I go again! Lisan siia ka lingi, kust võib leida grupi ning äkki on kellegil veel soovi meiega liituda.
Siiani on minul läinud hästi. Olen leidnud endale maailma parima töökoha graafilise disainerina ja kolisin lõpuks ometi vanemate juurest välja. Loodan, et ka teil läheb hästi.

Happy new years, my dear readers! 
It's been exactly 216 days since my last blog post and I have no more excuses. Yesterday I saw a post on my ex-classmate's Facebook wall asking everyone to join her in taking a photo challenge. The last time I did this was on the initiative of the same classmate in 2016 and now I wondered why not? In this strange time, some positive thoughts are very welcomed so here I go again! I'm also adding a link, where you can find the group in case you'd like to join us. Sadly only in estonian. If you want, I can translate this challenge for you. So far, I've been doing well. I've found myself the best job in the world as a graphic designer and finally moved out of my parents house. Hope you're doing well.

Mõtlesin teiega jagada oma nüüdseks lõppenud fotograafia tunni materjale ehk väike pildipostitus minu tehtud töödest, mis said hindamisel 8 (meie hindamine toimub 10-palli süsteemis). Kirjutan iga pildi juurde ülesande nime, et oleks arusaadav mis pildil toimub. Palju abi leidsin SIIT ja lõpetuseks mõned pildid kulisside tagant (ehk meie tundidest).

As I completed my photography lesson, I thought I'd share my work, which received 8 at the evaluation (ours is in a 10-point scale). I'll write the names of each image, so you can understand what they mean. Found help HERE (sorry, only in estonian). And here's some behind the scenes (of our classes):

Seekord on postitus veidi teistsugune. Olen peaaegu pool aastat juba töötanud imelises Kõue mõisas ja mind reaalselt lummab selle ilu iga päev. Natukene aega tagasi otsustas meie kunstnik ja töömees Anthony pärast 6 kuud mõisas elamist, et aeg on edasi liikuda ja avastada Euroopat. Olen veidi kunstihingega inimene ja mulle hakkasid väga Anthony tööd meeldima seega otsustasime koos, et võiks tema imelised tööd mõisas üles pildistada. Kuna ilmad on liigagi ilusaks läinud, et toas tööd teha siis tegin ühe popipäeva ja nii need pildid valmisidki. Rohkem informatsiooni Kõue mõisa kohta leiab siit. Muidugi kui ilmad oleksid soojemad ja päikest rohkem näha, veedaksin väga meeleldi aega fotoka taga. 

This time it’s a little bit different blog post. For almost half a year I have worked at the wonderful Kau Manor and it’s beauty fascinates me every day. Couple weeks ago our artist in residence, who could also fix anything, Anthony decided after 6 months of living in the manor, that is time to move foward and explore Europe. I have an artist soul and started to like his work so much that lead to me taking pictures of his marvelous work. Since the weather has been too nice to work indoors so I went outside to photograph. More information about Kau manor can be found here. Of course if the weather would be warmer and without a cloud in the sky, I would be very happy to spend more time behind the camera.

Käisime sõbrannaga suve lõpus Rummu karjääris pildistamas. Ilmaga meil väga ei vedanud ning vahepeal sai äikese eest ära joosta :) Samas tulid meil super ilusad pildid ja nüüd neid vaadates tekkis tahtmine sinna tagasi minna. Viimased pildid on minu koduaias tehtud. Kõik on pildistatud sõbranna Nikon D90 kaameraga, millel Nikkori 18-105mm objektiiv.

I’ve always wanted to see and take pictures of the Rummu quarry. In the end of this years summer I finally got to see it with a friend of mine. We weren’t so lucky with the weather and occasionally we got to ran away from the lightning, however, still managed to get beautiful pictures. Now I’m tempted to go back there. The last two pictures are taken in my backyard. All captured by Nikon D90 camera (my friend's) with Nikkor lens 18-105mm.

Olen läbi aegade üritanud pildile saada oma väga aktiivset koera ning siin on saadud tulemus, millega olen rahul.

Over the time I've tried to photograph my very active dog and here is the result I'm pleased with.
